- Expertise in histopathological diagnosis of biopsy and cytology specimens belonging to oral & maxillofacial region
- Non guided & USG guided FNAC of lesions belonging to oral, head & neck region
- Interpretation & reporting of routine haematological, serological, biochemical, microbiological and clinical pathology (urine, stool, semen, sputum) investigations
- Well versed with routine laboratory equipments and techniques; usage of blood cell counter, fully & semi-automatic biochemistry analyzer, immunoassay analyser, coagulometer, turbidometer, HPLC, ABG & electrolyte analyser, microtome, tissue processing units, decalcification, ground section techniques, usage of different types of microscopes and advanced techniques like IHC, ELISA, gel electrophoresis and PCR
- Expertise in establishing a new diagnostic centre with complete laboratory and imaging modalities within a stipulated time
- Technical and administrative head of the unit where deployed
- Managing and ensuring smooth lab operations
- Ensures accurate testing, validation, timely release of reports, and efficient inventory control
- Enhancing technical & subject knowledge level of staff
- Provide coaching and guidance to lab staff for efficient performance & growth and align them to organizational goals
