Leadership in Diagnostic Medicine
Dr. Nagpal started his career as Consultant Oral Pathologist and Clinical Biochemist at Manglam Diagnostics, Hisar. He was later appointed Project Manager for establishing multiple diagnostic centres at Hansi, Jind, Bhiwani, Tosham, Tohana, Fatehabad and Moonak.
He currently serves Tohana Manglam Diagnostics as Laboratory Director and Senior Consultant in Head & Neck Pathology and Clinical Biochemistry. Tohana Manglam Diagnostics is an NABL-accredited medical laboratory in District Fatehabad.
His responsibilities include accurate testing, validation, timely report release, inventory management, implementation of quality assurance and quality control standards, SOP compliance and maintenance of turnaround time.
