Dr. Bhuvan Nagpal is serving as Laboratory Director, Senior Consultant in Oral Pathology and Clinical Biochemistry, and Quality Head at Tohana Manglam Diagnostics LLP. He is a Government of India notified and NABL-approved authorized signatory for laboratory reports.

Tohana Manglam Diagnostics is the first and only NABL-accredited medical laboratory in District Fatehabad, Haryana. The laboratory has been recognized as “The Most Trusted Diagnostic and Pathology Centers in India, 2024” by Insight Success Magazine.

His scope of work includes Hematology, Clinical Biochemistry, Infectious Disease Serology, Microbiology and Clinical Pathology. His responsibilities encompass laboratory governance, diagnostic reporting, quality management, compliance, technical supervision, administrative coordination and medico-legal documentation.

Dr. Nagpal is the Founder-Director of the Centre for Oral Pathology & Maxillofacial Diagnostics, a specialized diagnostic initiative focused on histopathology of oral, maxillofacial, head and neck regions.

His work includes oral biopsy reporting, oral cancer diagnosis, oral potentially malignant disorders, odontogenic pathology, clinicopathological correlation and referral diagnostic consultation.

Dr. Nagpal has been associated with Manglam Diagnostics in multiple technical, administrative and leadership roles. Manglam Diagnostics is a chain of nine diagnostic centres operating in Haryana for over 25 years and includes NABL and NABH-accredited facilities.

His responsibilities include diagnostic reporting, laboratory operations, quality management, project execution, medico-legal documentation, administrative coordination and establishment of diagnostic centres across multiple locations including Hisar, Hansi, Jind, Bhiwani, Tosham, Tohana, Fatehabad and Moonak.

As Interim Chief Operations Officer, Dr. Nagpal oversees operational leadership, laboratory workflow management, administrative systems, quality processes and diagnostic service delivery.

Dr. Nagpal held multiple leadership roles at Jind Manglam Diagnostics, contributing to centre development, operational planning, laboratory workflow management, staff coordination, diagnostic service expansion and quality-oriented functioning.

Dr. Nagpal contributed to the planning, establishment and operationalization of multiple diagnostic centres. His responsibilities included infrastructure planning, laboratory setup, workflow design, equipment coordination, quality documentation and implementation of diagnostic services.

Dr. Nagpal is the Director of AOPLM™, an academic initiative focused on training, observerships, fellowships and professional development in oral pathology and laboratory medicine.

Dr. Nagpal is the Founder-President of POPMA, a registered professional association dedicated to practicing oral pathologists and microbiologists, focusing on academic collaboration, professional advocacy and scientific advancement.

Dr. Nagpal provides medico-legal consultancy, diagnostic compliance support, documentation review and advisory services related to healthcare and insurance matters.

Dr. Nagpal leads ClariVision Research Academy, focusing on research training, academic writing, scientific learning and capacity building.

GOPE is an educational initiative founded by Dr. Nagpal to provide mentorship, academic guidance and professional development in oral pathology.

Dr. Nagpal serves as Editor-in-Chief, contributing to academic publishing, editorial oversight and dissemination of knowledge in oral pathology.

Dr. Nagpal provides medico-legal advisory services including medical documentation review, insurance-related opinions, medico-legal reporting and compliance guidance.

Dr. Nagpal serves as adjunct faculty for paramedical students including BMLT, DMLT and BSc MLT, contributing to academic teaching, training and skill development in laboratory medicine.

Dr. Nagpal completed his postgraduate residency with extensive training in oral biopsy reporting, histopathology, cytology, oral cancer diagnosis, odontogenic pathology, forensic odontology and laboratory techniques related to hematology, serology and clinical biochemistry.

Dr. Nagpal worked as an Oral Diagnostician and Assistant Dental Surgeon, managing clinical diagnosis, treatment planning and dental procedures.

Dr. Nagpal completed his clinical internship, gaining foundational experience in dental diagnosis, patient care and clinical procedures.
